Moved to Dunedin may 7th of this year and you are right. Very walkable. Do not own a car 🚙. Can walk alot of places. Limit my walking inthe long summer. You forgot to mention tarpon springs which is close by and I think you can get there by the trolley. Trolley may be free. Also the visitor center downtown by Broadway is a great place to get information. 😊

My grandparents lived in Daytona Beach for over 40 years! They lived 1 1/2 blocks from the Atlantic Ocean! Many fond memories of visiting there when I was a kid! Daytona has grown so much since then! Mark in Iowa.
